To ensure that you are fully represented at the beginning and the end of your tenancy by an independent third party we recommend that you consider using our services. We will attend the Check In and Check Out either with you or in your absence and ensure that the Check In and Check Out procedures are carried out by or on behalf of the landlord in a legitimate, detailed and accurate manner
